FKP Sells $3m at Milton Apartment
FKP has made a $3 million off-the-plan sale at the Milton project in Brisbane, with a local couple securing half a floor of apartments.
The undisclosed buyers bought four apartments and will amalgamate two for their own residence, with their children to live in the remaining two. All four apartments are located on the project's podium level, with expansive terraces and views of the Brisbane city skyline.
FKP residential communities executive general manager Evian Delfabbro said the purchasers had been considering making the move from the family home to an apartment, and the opportunity to secure an amalgamation of units on the same level fitted their needs perfectly.
On completion, The Milton will feature a total of 298 one and two bedroom apartments, most with views of the CBD or Brisbane River, along with a ground floor retail promenade and commercial office space.
Construction of the 30-level building and associated infrastructure works is expected to begin later this year.
