The $210 million Transit Oriented Development (TOD), in the heart of Milton, sits adjacent to the suburb's railway station, and the cafe and restaurant strip of Park Road.
A project of FKP Property Group, The Milton will feature a selection of one and two-bedroom apartments designed by award-winning architects DBI Design.
The sales centre is now open, incorporating a display of the Type N apartment floorplan (featured), with two bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as a car park.
Available from levels six to 30, the Type N totals 93sq m, including 82sq m of internal area and a large 11sq m balcony oriented to take advantage of river views.
Bedrooms are separated by living areas, allowing space and privacy for housemates sharing the home, while a study nook enhances the layout.
"These apartments will be more spacious than many one and two-bedroom apartments currently on the market," FKP spokesperson Ms Evian Delfabbro said.

Ms Delfabbro said The Milton residents will enjoy proximity to Suncorp Stadium, 100 metres away, and the popular food, shopping and entertainment precincts of Caxton Street and The Barracks.
"We will also be developing a dedicated retail precinct at the base of The Milton, which will include further food, shopping and convenience options," she said.
Construction is expected to start on the project early next year.
On completion in late 2012, the 30-level development will feature 298 one and two-bedroom apartments, 1200sq m of commercial office space and a 1350sq m ground-floor retail promenade.
